Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate an unconstrained demand plan. Each day, you will conduct finished goods rationalization in coordination with relevant functions. You will also showcase your expertise by measuring, reporting on, and driving improvement in demand planning accuracy. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: • Creating and maintaining the rolling 18-24 months of unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products. • Assembling and analyzing data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan. • Supporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan. • Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Check book.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial or similar engineering.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Demand Planner.
• Performing data analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Inventory Control.
• A diploma or certificate in forecasting is required.
• Project management and administration on the supply chain side.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of electrical products.
• APICS Certification.
