Roles and responsibilities
- To Assist Senior Manager -Commercial / Director in order to execute a procurement process in accordance with the Head of Department's directive and ensure that the project procurement schedule is achieved without delay, undertaking the following activities:
- Follow up with technical / Projects team to upload documents in PRO-Tender.
- Follow up with contractors for timely tender submission.
- Coordinate with technical for tender clarifications / addendum etc.
- Tender opening and presentation of tender opening summary for senior management review.
- Conducting detailed tender analysis and summarizing the observations.
- Preparation of points for discussion and negotiation and review of the same with team head.
- Updating comparisons based on revised offer submissions.
- Preparation of RFA draft upon receipt of revised offers and uploading the same in e-connect upon signature by SVP- Commercial.
- Preparation of LON / WO draft upon RFA approval for review
