What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Risk Manager, you’ll support the Risk Lead and Risk Managers by:
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of Programme Risk Registers.
- Supporting Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) using tools like Monte Carlo.
- Coordinating and facilitating risk workshops to capture and analyze project risks.
- Preparing and updating risk reports for key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure risks are identified, managed, and mitigated effectively.
- Providing administrative support for risk management tools and processes.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Risk Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in risk management, project controls, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with risk tools such as Monte Carlo and experience supporting QSRA models.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate risk documentation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to convey risk information clearly and effectively.
- Desirable: Experience with project planning tools such as P6 or Microsoft Project and membership in a professional organization (APM, PMI, IRM).
