Job Title: Construction Manager

About the Role
The Construction Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating construction activities within a defined area of a larger project or programme. The role ensures construction works are delivered in line with agreed time, cost, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
You will plan, coordinate, and control construction activities from start through to completion and handover. This includes managing contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with contracts, drawings, and regulations, and acting as the key on-site representative.
The role involves leading construction and coordination meetings, monitoring progress, managing deviations, and supporting cost follow-up, forecasting, and change management. You will work closely with the Project Manager and other technical disciplines to ensure smooth execution and integration across the project.
About You
You have several years of experience in construction management within industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects. You are confident managing contractors on site and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
You bring strong organisational and communication skills, a structured and solution-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently in a site-based environment. Experience with construction contracts, regulatory compliance, and safety requirements is essential. Swedish and English language skills are required.
