Be the lead account manager, who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Must Have
Bachelor's degree. MBA and/or master's degree preferred
10+ ofexperience in Automation, Digital Solutions, and Industry4.0 technologies
7+years of experience in the mining, minerals, or metals sectors.
Provenexperience in selling and business development in the Region/Pole
Strongcustomer-facing skills
Financialmanagement and business reporting
Experiencein influencing and indirectly managing teams of senior professionals,experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Be based either in Chile or Ciudad de Mexico

StrategicThinking: Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies, with afocus on expanding market share and increasing profitability in the LATAMregion.
CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English andSpanish. Ability to present complex technical information to non-technicalstakeholders.
