Asa Sr. Sales Representative for Aero Defense & Transportation here atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meetingsales targets for the Honeywell Sensing Solution (HSS)business unit. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, andexecuting sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers inthe defense and transportation sectors. Your expertise in sales, leadership,and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance andcontribute to its overall business success.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of our Aero-Defense& Transportation business unit by driving revenue and expanding our marketpresence in the defense and transportation sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet orexceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the defenseand transportation sectors, understanding their needs and providing appropriatesolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customeronboarding, order processing, and support
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new businessopportunities and drive continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales (Defense industry experience is preferred)
• Working experience at foreign owned company or defensecompany
• Proven track record of achieving salestargets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders
