Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) - Onshore Wind inHamburg, Germany.
Working from our other locations within Germany (Bremen, Stuttgart, Hanau) is possible. We have a hybrid working policy.

KeyResponsibilities:

• You will be key to drive the development of the Sales and Development identifying opportunities and create concepts that will create value for the clients, which increase our market
• Responsible for sales and business development to clients within the Onshore Wind Renewable Industry vertical in Germany. You will be part of the local wind tender and execution teams as well as work with the Global Wind team
• First point of contact for defined clients (existing and target clients) where you will provide innovative and competitive solutions
• Contributing & leading strategic tender activities as well as submitting offers, negotiations
• Create winning commercial and technical bid strategy - including resources, investment, risk management
• Main internal stakeholders are tender team, execution team, Wind Chartering, deugro vertical/global structure and other deugro colleagues globally that are dedicated to Wind

Skills,knowledge and expertise

• Some years of professional experience in the Wind industry with track record of results from a similar role
• Very good understanding of the German Wind Industry utilizing and fortifying own network in leveraging our network
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of various Microsoft software packages
• Pro-active and able to work independently, but also be a strong adaptable team player in a dynamic and continuous changing work environment
• Solution-, task & target-oriented and successful at delivering on time and budget
• Good communication skills, flexible, organized, and reliable with a high sense of responsibility
• Full professional proficiency in English and German - both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel on a national, and international level (approx. 25%)
