SUMMARY OF THE JOB
We are seeking a talented Service Sales Representative Nuclear to join our team.
Preference given to applicants in the Houston, Texas area. Applicants living in Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee are also welcome to apply.
This is a hybrid role for candidates living within 35 miles of our Houston, Texas offices. Candidate would need to be onsite at least three (3) days per week. This is a remote role for candidates living in other states listed above.
The responsibility of the position of Nuclear Service Sales Representative is to ensure the technical & commercial support for the Nuclear Clients and contribute to the growth of the nuclear sales.
This person will work closely with Outside Sales, end users, service partners and other departments of Gutor.
He/she is responsible of developing and executing the defined action plans to secure the nuclear services sales and administrative follow-up.

He/she is responsible of developing and executing the defined action plans to secure the nuclear services sales and administrative follow-up.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- High focus on customer satisfaction and customer relationships
- Strong follow-up and coordination with customers related to nuclear qualification
- Analyses the incoming RFQ - technical and admin requirements
- Prepares technical and financial service offers, according to the pricing policy and existing processes
- Defines the technical replacement of obsolete parts with concerned departments
- Cooperate with other departments (R&D, Engineering, Dedication; Quality, Export, Purchasing) to ensure the right level of services execution and availability of necessary certificates, information, processes and tools
- Monitors and handles the incoming orders (Handover, Certificates, specific documents)
- Communicates with clients (mail, phone, meetings) and clarify the technical/commercial issues
- Monitoring of the fulfillment of nuclear quality requirements
- Updates on regular basis the CRM systems and dedicated Database (high quality of data)
- Achieves yearly service targets and develop new services business opportunities
EDUCATION - MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. Or graduate from the US Navy Nuclear Power School.
- Valid Driver's license
EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years in electrical equipment sales or service in the Nuclear industry.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS - REQUIRED
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer application usage (familiarity with MS Office & CRM Tools)
- Autonomous work attitude, excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving ability
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
- This is a full-time, salaried/exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

- The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
