RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the Identification and generation of potential leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Assist in the building and nurturing of relationships with existing clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other relevant materials to help close deals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand Wood's network and establish our brand presence.
- Analyse sales data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of business development strategies aligned with our goals and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with various teams (sales, marketing etc.) to ensure cohesive efforts.
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product/service enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market research findings.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:

Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Any experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles can be beneficial.
- Involvement in networking events, industry conferences, or extracurricular activities that demonstrate relationship-building skills.
- Experience in interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing information.
- Exposure to conducting market research, gathering data, and drawing insights.
- Basic experience in creating proposals, presentations, or sales materials.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for lead tracking.
- Instances of working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Exposure to sales processes and understanding of lead-to-conversion stages.
