This Position reports to:
US Digital Lead

ABB's Process Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world's largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun - leaner and cleaner.
We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Implements the defined digital sales strategy in their specified market scope (global/regional) effectively, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Executes digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Acts as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth. Responsible for the direct sales for assigned digital sales customers. Ensures strict adherence within the operations with respect to policies and required health, safety, and integrity standards.
• Sells digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
• Builds and leads opportunity capture teams across various functions at ABB to drive sales in assigned market scope.
• Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships (including customers' Digital stakeholders) to understand customer their needs, promotes customer their understanding of full ABB's complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Information System, Engineering or Business Administration, with 10+ years of experience in Digital Solutions, Industrial Control Systems or other relevant fields is a must. Experience in industrial automation, energy, power and water and oil and gas industries.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving abilities and operational efficiency, effective communication with stakeholders, government agencies, and technical teams, change management and adaptability in evolving energy markets, and budgeting, cost control and financial acumen.
• Proven expertise in process optimization, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiar with HSE regulations, API standards, and asset integrity management.
