Years of Experience
- Coordinate, draft, handle and obtain permissions/documents, and, if necessary, process customs documents for customs clearance of Dragon Oil equipment and materials imported and/or exported to and/or from Turkmenistan
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit necessary documents to the relevant Government Authorities of Turkmenistan to obtain relevant permits for import/export/rearrangement of Dragon Oil and subcontractors' equipment, materials and dangerous goods.
- Maintain and submit to the relevant Government Authorities established reporting documents pursuant to the Directives of the President of Turkmenistan pertaining to the export/import by Dragon Oil and Subcontractors of the radioactive, explosive materials, chemicals as well as information related to the land allocation activities.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents to relevant government authorities to obtain export permits for well logs of Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd.
- Collect, compile and hand over well logs over to a freight forwarding agency for further export.
- Prepare a single‑use letter of attorney issued to Subcontractor's freight-forwarding agent for established custom clearance procedures and forwarding export/import cargos as per Contracts and POs signed between Dragon Oil and Subcontractor.
- Prepare and sign documents issued for customs clearance of shipments to be received by Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd.
- Prepare and submit required documents and letters to “ Türkmendemirýollary ” Agency for processing and dispatching cables advising acceptance of cargo carriages and containers.
- Maintain and update import/export/rearrangement permit/license databases as well as monitor enforcement of such permits/licenses.
Education
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher or secondary professional education
- At least 3 years of experience in administration is preferable ; w ork experience with various Local Government services is welcome.
- English/ Turkmen/ Russian - written and spoken.
