Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control for the project portfolio.

Candidate Profile

Experience:
-
Minimum 15 years in sales or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in project sales within oil & gas or heavy industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in French & English, both written and spoken.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent network within the Gabonese industrial and energy sectors.

Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools.
