Senior Sales Representative - PSA
Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our UOP organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers
Key Responsibilities
• Develop strong and solid pipeline and update it in SFDC timely.
• Deliver agreed sales AOP and revenue.
• Develop account planning through the sales process.
• Organize and lead internal RFQ/proposal review and pricing/bid strategy meetings.
• Prepare and issue commercial offers.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize appropriate agreements to close sales.
• Forecast sales with high accuracy - Project description, estimated contract value, timing, probabilities and actions.
• Prepare project specific sales strategies for each sales event.
• Gather competitive intelligence for submission to Product Line Managers and Marketing.
• Manage receivable collection efforts with finance staff.
• Work with customers to set expectations for UOP's service interaction by working closely with UOP's project managers.
• Complete win/loss reports for projects in a timely fashion.
• Assist SBU management with managing the interface with key clients.
• Assist in identifying and communicating cross-SBU project opportunities to the relevant SBU
• Assist Sales Leader in developing sales strategies to drive growth.YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree (or above) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years Sales and/or technical experience with preference given to refinery & petrochemical, or a related industry, such as coal chemical or steel industry. Ideally the candidate will have significant sales related (Account Management) experience.
• PC literate.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken & written.
