Are you a dynamic sales leader with deep expertise in the downstream oil & gas sector? Do you have a strong network within Omani refineries and EPC contractors, and a solid technical understanding of rotating equipment? If so, we invite you to join our client as a Sales Manager.

About Us
Our client is a forward-thinking engineering solutions provider committed to delivering excellence across the energy sector. As we expand our operations in Oman, we are looking for a skilled and strategic Sales Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and business development in the downstream oil & gas sector with a focus on rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.)
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, pricing strategies, and proposals
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, including refineries and EPC contractors
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities and long-term service agreements
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize client offerings
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to business strategy development
  • Ensure client satisfaction and lead internal teams with a focus on performance, motivation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Prior experience in technical sales or business development, specifically within the downstream oil & gas industry and rotating equipment
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and project acquisition
  • Strong existing relationships with refineries and EPCs in Oman
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
