Context & Environment

  • Assist in developing segment roadmap and accountable for executing the sales objectives
  • Achieve the volu me, GMVC, and DSO budget objectives
  • Prepares a detailed action plan for sales of lubricants by product / pack for his sector
  • Carry out a weekly sales report
  • Collect all outstanding dues and align with the agreed payment terms for each customer
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and actively grow the size of the business
  • Develop cross selling with TOM-Card & Fuel Teams to reach comprehensive deals
  • Sustain a focus on customer centricity
  • Handling and negotiating tenders
  • Preparation and amendment of new contracts
  • Carry out a study for pricing in tenders compared to competition upon each tender
  • Carry out month forecast report with highest possible accuracy
  • Help and support in providing the customers with the required technical support
  • Prepare a weekly and monthly main events brief to his manager
  • Contribute to the implementation and the respect of HSEQ policies of the Totalenergies Group
  • Develop a high level of ownership of the Group's 12 golden rules by sharing the safety culture with partners
  • Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program
  • Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTALENERGIES code of conduct values

Candidate Profile

  • University graduate {engineering}
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the lubricants business
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B business
  • Fluent In English
  • Self-motivated, well-organized
  • Excellent negotiation and Interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills, creativity, Innovation, and pro-activity
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals

  • Excellent work disciplines and ethics

  • Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving

  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
