National Accounts Coordinator - HVAC

BME is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Accounts Coordinator to support our HVAC division. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across internal teams to meet the needs of our national account clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process service and work orders within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality service delivery for national account customers.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 4 business hours and resolve service issues within 48 hours.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, sales, operations) to ensure efficient service and upsell/cross-sell follow-through.
  • Manage NTE approvals, billing adjustments, and support timely collections efforts.
  • Create, send, and follow up on quotes, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support urgent service requests after hours.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or dispatch in a service-based environment (HVAC or trades preferred).
  • Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and service dispatch systems.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently under pressure.
  • Willingness to complete required training and participate in ongoing professional development.
