This Position reports to:
Sales Manager

We are looking for a new team member to join our Robotics division within the Global Center for Robot Repair and Refurbishment in Mošnov, in the role of Sales Support Specialist.

In this position, you will be responsible for communication with our internal customers (other ABB branches) and, to a lesser extent, external customers (manufacturing plants using our products). You will communicate daily in English-both written and spoken-and handle and process their inquiries. This is not an active sales role.

We're seeking someone who enjoys administrative work, customer communication in English, and has a customer-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Preparing quotations and documents for the sales department (robot sales)
  • Organizing robot buybacks
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Monitoring delivery deadlines
  • Preparing charts, statistics, reports, and presentations for management
  • Assisting with sales/purchasing activities
  • Occasionally participating in internal or external (customer-facing) events


Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum of secondary education
  • Communicative level of Czech and English (our clients are worldwide, and 99% of emails and communication are in English)
  • Enjoys administrative tasks and customer communication
  • Has a customer-first approach (we maintain friendly relationships with our customers, and they expect great service in return)
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (if you're new to this, we'll train you)
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - for preparing reports and materials for management
