This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager

General Responsibilities

Technically supports Medium Voltage Primary Switchgear Export Business by reviewing customer request specifications, configuring technical proposals, calculating costing, supporting technical clarification, as well as seeking support internally and externally.

Main Accountabilities

• Reviews customer technical request. Formulates competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation.
• Identifies potential risks in the bids. Clarify, negotiates, comments or deviates customer requirement and supports sales to discuss with customers and optimize proposal/configuration.
• Calculates costing and figures out pricing during tender stage. Creates well-documented tenders in a timely manner.
• Ensures that inputs for editing activities related to bid, estimate, and quotation preparation are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with the established quality procedures.
• Collects and archives documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions made during development.
• Supports order releasing, handing over after order received. Supports contract variation process during project execution stage.

Requirements

Education Background

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electric or Automation related.

Working Experience

• More than 3 years of experience in project/operations/product management in Electric Power Industry is preferred.

Position Knowledge/Skills

• Familiar with protection and communication protocol.
• Familiar with electrical power systems and switchgear is an advantage.

Language Skills

• Good oral and written English.

Others

• Self-motivation and good time management, be able to manage the tender timetable.
• Systematic thinking and result driven.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, good teamwork and strong communication skills.

岗位职责:

1. 审核客户招标或询价技术要求,提供相应技术方案、图纸、技术资料及配置。
2. 与客户进行技术澄清,并对客户的需求提出相应的说明或偏差,确保方案的准确性;
3.支持销售及市场人员与客户进行技术讨论,优化方案配置等,提升ABB投标方案的竞争力。
4. 计算ABB 方案配置的成本及相关成本分析,并在投标报价阶段支持提供项目报价。
5. 参与并支持技术谈判。
6.项目中标后,支持与执行团队进行项目交接,支持订单评审流程。在项目执行阶段,支持相关合同变更换等流程。
7.部门经理交办的其它工作相关事务。

岗位要求:

1. 本科或以上学历,电气自动化、电气工程等相关专业。
2. 有较强的学习能力、沟通能力和抗压能力。
3. 有相关电气设备制造商接触/实习/项目参与等经历者优先。
4. 能熟练使用电脑办公软件,英语口语流利。
