Experience / Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in tendering, proposals, and cost estimation within the Oil & Gas or EPC sector.
• Strong background in rotating equipment, including pumps and gas compressors.
• Experience with O&M contracts and EPC project bidding is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or tendering software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, project execution workflows, and commercial terms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ISO, ASME, etc.).
