This Position reports to:
Sales Manager

In this position you will lead the instrumentation sales team while participating in the sales process. Your primary office will be in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki but this role is fully remote, and you will spend a lot of your time in customers. There for you can live anywhere in southern or central Finland.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of five people in instrumentation sales
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Coordinate sales activities in alignment with ABB processes
  • Communicate effectively using internal sales tools and maintain clear external communication
  • Deliver customer service through active collaboration
  • Willingness to travel across Finland, spending approximately 100-150 days per year with customers


Qualifications for the Role

  • A few years of experience in instrumentation industry and preferably experience as a manager or project manager
  • Experience in shaping sales activities using a strategic and results-oriented framework
  • Solid personal resilience, drive and be highly motivated
  • Experience working with customers and understanding their needs
  • Highly developed skills in working as part of a team, making decisions, and negotiating outcomes
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and in English
