This Position reports to:
EL Sales Support Manager - Technical Sales Support

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the TSS/EPC&COG Group in Xiamen China . Main stakeholders are ELDS .

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB's products/systems/applications.
  • Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.
  • Delivering product/solution/service-related training; and supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree or above, Major in Electrical/Engineering related.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related filed, with a solid foundation of knowledge in medium and high voltage power systems.
  • More than 3 years of experience in Electric Power Design Institute will be given priority.
  • Self-motivation and good time management, able to manage the tender timetable.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills expected , and with good teamwork spirit.
  • Fluent on English both in written and oral
