Screen Sales Representative reports to the District Manager & is responsible for managing shaker screen sales, service, and inventory operations within the Eagleford. This position requires a proactive, hands-on professional with the ability to build customer relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure high-quality field service and delivery execution.
The role involves daily rig site visits, warehouse coordination, and accurate documentation of screen sales, deliveries, and inventory control. The representative will work closely with customers, operations, and finance teams to support NOV's business objectives while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Engagement
- Travel daily to rig sites to inspect shakers, screens, and solids control systems.
- Complete all customer screen sales and deliveries in assigned areas.
- Promote NOV OEM shaker screens, parts, and equipment to new and existing customers.
- Grow screen box count and increase customer market share through strategic sales efforts.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding screen specifications, cost-per-foot, and performance data.
- Support SCE Field Sales and Shaker Part Sales activities as required.
- Assist with customer and project set-up/close processes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Assist with the maintenance and organization of on-hand stock and warehouse screen inventory.
- Verify, track, and record all screens entering and leaving Warehouse.
- Support screen warehouse management operations to ensure timely delivery and product accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate box counts and compliance with inventory control standards.
- Administrative and Billing Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate record keeping in accordance with NOV company policy.
- Prepare and process billing, invoicing, and sales orders, ensuring correct customer information (address, sales group, county/zip code).
- Support Credit and Collections teams to resolve account discrepancies or outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer billing and documentation.
- Operational and Safety Duties
- Load and unload shaker screens and parts using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all NOV and customer HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements.
- Always maintain safe work practices and promote NOV's safety culture.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours, to meet customer and operational needs.
- Travel frequently within the assigned region to support customer operations and sales activities.
Education and Qualifications
- Preferred to live no more than 2 hrs from Corpus Christi, Tx
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of oil and gas sales or field service experience preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of shaker and screen parts, including API screen standards.
- Knowledge of solids control systems, warehouse operations, and inventory processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Power BI.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Licenses/Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Tools/Equipment Used: Laptop computer, forklift, track hoe, hand tools, shovels, and standard office equipment.
- Posture: Prolonged sitting and standing; occasional bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting.
- Motion: Repetitive hand motions; frequent walking and climbing steps; occasional reaching.
- Lifting: Occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Environment: Exposure to outdoor weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain; may work irregular or extended hours.
