This Position reports to:
Business Manager - Commercial and Portfolio
Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of products, systems, and services within a designated market/division, aligned with the division's strategy. Every day, you will work toward achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also leverage your expertise to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion IEC Low Voltage Business Line in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
- Ensure efficient marketing activities and clearly communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities within the designated market.
- Manage administrative procedures in the sales process and support cash collection and project management activities when needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in electric motor sales.
- Experience in sales within Northern Mexico and in the metals, cement, and mining industries.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering.
