Activities

Sales & Market Development

  1. Deliver annual sales volume, margin, and collection targets using DMS+ methodology.
  2. Expand distributor footprint and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  3. Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly


Marketing & Operational Support

  1. Implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns with distributors.
  2. Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and their customers.
  3. Ensure accurate SALSA reporting and customer data updates.


Compliance & Governance

  1. Adhere to HSEQ policies and company values, including Anti-corruption and Antitrust compliance.
  2. Ensure all activities align with Code of Ethics and operational standards.


Financial Management

  1. Control overdue accounts and maintain credit exposure within targets.


Support debt recovery and ensure timely payment collection.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering

Minimum 5 years in lubricants or B2C sales

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Knowledge of HSEQ standards and distributor channel dynamics

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Additional Information

Market Segments: Automotive lubricants distributors and wholesalers

Annual Volume Target: ~1400 MT .

GMVC: Approx. 975 K $ or regional equivalent
