Drive sustainable growth of the Aftermarket business across Marine & Construction Centers of Excellence by promoting products and services, strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic and financial objectives in alignment with global Aftermarket and Business Development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell aftermarket products and services for all Marine & Construction business units.
- Proactively engage customers, deliver exceptional service, and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends to identify growth areas and emerging customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across assigned regions.
- Collaborate with Global Business Development and Aftermarket Business Units to achieve targets.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely execution of purchase orders.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and regional customer forecasts.
- Support potential capital sales in coordination with the Marine & Construction Capital Sales Team.
- Provide customer insights and contribute to profit and loss (P&L) initiatives, including AFP and MYP.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with NOV products or similar technologies.
- Technical or engineering background preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with ability to identify and develop opportunities.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Team player with a diplomatic and professional approach.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel up to 40%, domestically and internationally.
