Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the CIS region, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning NOV's solutions to their goals.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up to drive growth.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal departments.
- Deliver presentations and negotiate agreements that strengthen customer partnerships.
- Use CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track market activity.
- Support regional strategy by providing feedback, identifying emerging trends, and sharing insights from the field.
- Represent NOV Digital Services at customer sites, conferences, and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the energy, oil & gas, or technology sectors.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
- Experience with digital services, drilling optimization, or rig instrumentation is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Russian, Kazakh, or Azerbaijani is highly desirable.
- Being based in Kazakhstan or a nearby country would be advantageous.
