This Position reports to:
Local Marketing and Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the precise and timely administration of pre-sale customer requests to support well-informed customer decisions. Each day, you will support with the adaption and implementation of the sales support strategy for a designated area, in line with the global support strategy. You will also showcase your expertise by escalating to ensure timely resolution, as needed.

This role is contributing to the LV Systems/ELSP/EL.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Supporting the Sales team in all pre-sale customer activities (price & availability, quote status, pre-sale technical questions, etc.).
  • Maintaining proactive communication with the sales team and other internal functions and provides them with all relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and leading special price requests as per the relevant requirements (dates, customer and company data, discounts, etc.) to allow order execution in the system.
  • Collecting and archiving the documentation regarding opportunities, Special Price Agreements, and/or contracts and recording the assumptions and decisions taken during the process, in the systems within your scope of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

  • You are engaged in with - 2-5 years of experience in order management, project coordination, logistics, customer service, or related fields.- Experience with SAP, order processing, or cost control is a strong advantage.
  • - Skilled in SAP ERP, Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Table), and basic data analysis.
    - Fast learner of internal tools and systems.
  • - Comfortable communicating with customers, providing accurate information, and resolving order/technical/payment issues.
  • Patient, responsible, and solution-oriented. Proactive, analytical, and able to maintain quality under pressure.
  • - Comfortable communicating in English (written and verbal) for system use and cross-country coordination.
