Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the segment strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will be challenged to grow ABB market share in building segment.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in building segment (investors, designers, EPC contractors, panel builders)
- Develop and implement a market-based strategy for building segment. Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building segment
- Participating in the development of sales strategies for the segment through providing current business and long-term plans for the customer.

Qualifications for the role
- A proven track record of successful projects in the building segment, managing excellent customer relationships with construction and engineering companies
- At least 5 years of sales experience in LV and/or MV products
- Technical engineering degree
- You are at ease communicating in English
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Valid driving license
