Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist in processing customer orders and related documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide warranty and service support, including assisting customers with warranty applications, arranging delivery of new items, and managing returns of defective products.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Legal, and other departments to support daily business operations.
- Maintain and update customer information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with procurement, logistics, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain data (such as Installed Base) and manage systems, including assisting with issue reporting.
Qualifications for the role
- Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility to ensure data accuracy.
- Proactive, problem-solving oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic office software and SAP, and willing to learn new systems.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, with good English proficiency.
