This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division's strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring sustainable deployment of the division's strategic plan. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities to drive profitable business growth.

This role is contributing to the Motion business based at Kolkata India:
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting the process of defining marketing and sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of particular product, application, and segment initiatives in close collaboration with the division stakeholders.
- Implementing activities for agreed cross-divisional, product group, and regional initiatives.
- Assisting in continuous improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) by executing customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and with corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Full time B.Tech-ELE
- Have 4-6 years experience In Switchgears or cable industry
- Open to travel frequently
- Take care of Kolkata / Bhuvneshwar and Jamshedpur
- Supporting the process of defining marketing and sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for creating, planning and implementing the sales strategy for Food & Beverage / HVAC and Water & Waste Water segments in accordance with the global and local divison strategy, and budget and efficiency targets.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships at senior levels with the key customers , consultants , stakeholders and other decision makers. Ensures effective marketing communications, in particular ABB's value proposition. Agrees with the Business Unit/Product Group the relevant metrics (e.g. On Time In Full (OTIF), lead time) that the Business Unit/Product Group must report and focus on to ensure and grow customer satisfaction.
