This Position reports to:
Local Division Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what powers the world by driving meaningful work that delivers real impact. You'll lead the successful implementation of our Drive Products division sales strategy, ensuring profitable achievement of targets tied to sustainable order growth and product portfolio performance. You'll also leverage your expertise to define channel strategies and account plans that accelerate growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our reach through a multi-channel approach.

The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products division in New Zealand.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively.
  • Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.
  • Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.
  • Leading and inspiring high-performing teams, coaching for success, and nurturing future talent proactively.
  • Being a role model for excellence by delivering results in key market segments and motivating the team through personal achievements.
  • Embracing innovation by leveraging digital tools to boost productivity and create exceptional customer experiences.


Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in variable speed drives, motors and generators, and related technologies in industries.
  • Strong knowledge of product sales or related roles, preferably in industrial environments.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in channel strategy, digital tools, and portfolio management.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
