In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Partner with Customers to define and refine product requirements and user stories.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather and validate requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and technical gaps.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data models, and system diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist in QA and UAT efforts by defining test cases and validating functionality against requirements.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role within a software or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work with APIs, data structures, and modern software architectures.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
