Activities

  • Ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
  • Own assigned sales targets and deliver results.
  • Translate Lubricants Business Strategy into actionable plans in his/her area.
  • Recruit new dealers to replace inactive ones.
  • Partner with dealers on annual business plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Manage key dealer performance and support secondary sales channel development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and payment collection for alignment with objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Work with technical teams to provide dealer training and support.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend team meetings and related training sessions.
  • Report and collaborate with management and legal teams to combat counterfeit and smuggled products.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales/marketing (lubricants industry preferred)
  • Proficient in Khmer & English
  • Valid driving license
