This Position reports to:

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales department and strengthen our existing team, further enhancing the strong technical support we provide to our customers.

We are seeking a candidate with a background in power electrical engineering, who will provide technical and sales support primarily to electrical designers within the Czech market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Actively identify new electrical designers and build long-term relationships with them
  • Specify technical solutions for projects using company tools and software
  • Provide pre-sales support - technical consultations, proposals, reviews, and recommendations
  • Travel across the Czech Republic (approximately 3-4 days per week)
  • Work from the office in Prague or Brno or Jablonec nad Nisou, with occasional home office
  • Participate in regular technical and sales meetings
  • Have a direct impact on order volume - technical support for electrical designers leads to commercial results, even when projects are realized through distributors and low-voltage switchboard manufacturers
  • Coordinate activities with the existing sales team during meetings with designers, preparation of technical project solutions, and throughout the execution of business cases


Your Profile
  • At least secondary education in electrical engineering (power engineering required), ideally with experience working with electrical designers
  • Strong interest in technology and the ability to communicate technical topics with electrical designers
  • Basic to intermediate English (most technical documentation is in English)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Czech Republic
  • Independence, professional demeanor, proactive approach, and the ability to build customer trust
