- Own Western Japan sales target and execute a clear territory expansion plan
- Grow distributor & key account business: sales promotion, drive sell-in/sell-out, trade show/events participation
- Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure pre and after-sales support, and customer satisfaction
- Create end-user demand through jobsite visits, product demos, social media, and trainings
- Gain market/competitor insights to report to country lead and share with stakeholders
WHO YOU ARE:

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- University graduate or equivalent educational background
- 5+ years of experience in sales
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts through distributors and end-user development in industrial products, MRO, construction materials, or plumbing/HVAC-related industries
- Strong channel management skills: distributor development, sell-in/out, pricing/discount discipline
- Frequent travel within Western Japan
- Knowledge of tool industry is a plus
- Prefer certain level of English, reading and writing at least, speaking a plus.
