Sales Manager - Energy Storage (Philippines)Location: Philippines (Remote)Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAPAbout the OpportunityWe are partnering with a leading global energy storage solutions provider to appoint a Sales Manager to support market expansion in the Philippines.This is a newly created role and the first commercial headcount in-country, offering an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual to develop new customer relationships, grow market share, and contribute to the rollout of utility-scale and commercial energy storage projects across the region.The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized sales professional who has a strong track record in prospecting, building trusted customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Experience selling into large-scale energy storage / BESS projects is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new markets and customers in the Philippines, driving sales growth across the company's products and solutionsAchieve sales targets and grow market share by developing and executing effective sales strategies and plansBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction and strengthening loyaltyRespond promptly to customer needs and provide professional solutions to meet project and commercial requirementsConduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to understand trends, customer requirements, and market dynamicsUse market feedback and performance data to adjust and optimise sales strategy, improving commercial performance and competitivenessKey RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales / Commercial disciplines5+ years of sales experience within renewable energy, power, or energy storageStrong communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence engaging senior stakeholdersDemonstrated success in new business development and relationship-led salesFamiliarity with the Philippines energy landscape; connectivity with local government stakeholders, DOE, utilities, EPCs, and suppliers is requiredMandarin language skills are a plus (not mandatory)Why Join?
