We are a Microsoft CSP Partner based in the UK, specializing in delivering Microsoft 365 Managed Services and SaaS solutions to businesses of all sizes. Our mission is to empower organizations with secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions while providing ongoing managed support.
We are expanding our sales team and seeking Commission-Only Sales Specialists to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on recurring managed services and Microsoft 365 SaaS licensing.
Overview of the Position
As a Commission-Only Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales execution of Microsoft 365 Managed Services subscriptions. You will operate outside IR35 regulations in the UK, working independently with your own computing facilities.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives on performance-based earnings and wants to build a predictable monthly income stream through recurring commissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation
Ø Identify and engage potential clients across SMEs and mid-market organizations.
Ø Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Sales Cycle Management
Ø Conduct needs assessments and present tailored Microsoft 365 Managed Services solutions.
Ø Manage the complete sales process: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Ø Ensure smooth handover to technical teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Deal Structuring
Ø Close deals for two subscription tiers:
ü Tier 1: ≤ 50 seats/month
ü Tier 2: ≥ 50 seats/month
Ø Position SaaS licensing and managed services as bundled offerings.
• Client Relationship Management
Ø Maintain long-term relationships to encourage renewals and upselling.
Ø Act as the primary point of contact for commercial discussions.
• Reporting & Compliance
Ø Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and closed deals.
Ø Operate in compliance with UK business regulations and Microsoft CSP guidelines.
Pre-Sales Support
To ensure your success, you will be supported by our dedicated pre-sales team throughout the sales lifecycle. This includes:
• Access to sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, presentations, and service brochures.
• Technical pre-sales assistance for complex client queries, demos, and proof-of-concept support.
• Effort estimations and costings of the deal.
• Proposal and contract preparation to streamline deal closure.
• Pricing calculators and tier-based sheets for SaaS licenses and managed services.
• Ongoing training and updates on Microsoft 365 features, CSP licensing models, and objection handling.
This structured support ensures you can focus on building relationships and closing deals, while we provide the tools and expertise to back you up.
Requirements
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and managed services.
• Ability to independently manage the full sales lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be a UK citizen or valid work permit holder.
• Must operate outside IR35 regulations.
• Own computing facilities and ability to work remotely.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for results.
Desired Skills
• Prior Experience in selling Microsoft based IT products and services.
• Experience selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings.
• Understanding of SME and enterprise IT needs.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with CSP licensing models and recurring revenue structures.
