This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and completing bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specification for medium voltage air insulated switchgear produced in distribution solutions Factory.

Reporting to Project & Tendering Manager, you will be maintaining and improving the balance between all ABB units and customers that are present in the area of responsibility.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solution in ABB.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation.
• Creating well-documented tenders in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
• Managing the preparation of technical, financial, and, if required, project management aspects of the bid, estimate, and quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions.
• Ensuring that inputs for editing activities related to bid, estimate, and quotation preparation are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with the established quality procedures.

Qualifications for the role

• Electrical Engineering Background is preferred.
• Mechanical Engineering Knowledge is advantage.
• At least 4 years of experience in tendering, technical support or sales.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical design in Medium Voltage products, especially in switchgear and secondary compact substation, is favourable.
• Experience in working with oversea customers.
• English communication and negotiation skill.
