We are a fast-growing online forex broker looking for a Marketing Operations / Project Manager to own processes inside the marketing team and drive critical one-off projects. This role sits at the center of the department: you will structure how the team works, coordinate cross-channel initiatives, and lead projects like testing new channels, running RFPs for agencies, and organizing regular planning cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, document, and improve core marketing processes (briefing, approvals, QA, launch checklists, retrospectives) so campaigns run on time and at high quality.
- Plan and manage key marketing projects: channel tests, new website or landing launches, tool implementations, large campaigns, and localization initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (PPC, CRM, Brand, Content, Design, Product, Compliance) to ensure clear priorities, owners, and deadlines for each initiative.
- Run regular planning, reporting and retrospectives rituals: quarterly and monthly marketing planning, roadmap updates, and status reviews.
- Own project timelines and task trackers, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and driving resolutions.
- Lead vendor-related projects: identify and shortlist agencies, organize RFPs, coordinate briefings, and manage onboarding of new partners.
- Standardize and maintain reporting cadences (weekly pipeline/performance reviews, campaign post-mortems) together with channel owners and the analyst.
- Support budgeting and resource planning for marketing (media, tools, agencies, headcount), tracking spend vs plan for key projects.
- Ensure consistent communication: prepare agendas and notes for marketing meetings, maintain documentation, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture by helping teams design experiments, define success metrics, and capture learnings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management and/or marketing operations, ideally in digital-first or fintech environments.
- Strong project management skills: scoping, timelines, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience with modern project/task management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion or similar).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, CRM/email, social, SEO, affiliates) and how they work together in a growth funnel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to translate marketing strategy into clear tasks and milestones.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once and keep teams focused on the most impactful work.
- Comfortable working with data and dashboards to track progress, spot issues, and make recommendations.
- High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and bias for action in a fast-moving environment.
What success looks like
- Marketing projects (channel tests, launches, campaigns) ship on time, in scope, and with clear learnings or business impact.
- The team follows clear, documented processes that reduce chaos and rework and improve speed and quality.
- Leadership has visibility on plans, progress, and risks, and outside vendors are well managed and integrated into the workflow.
