The Sales Support & Administrative Specialist ensures operational continuity and commercial excellence for Branson LATAM by managing quotations, CRM data integrity, and logistics such as inventories and imports/exports. This role supports customer interactions, compliance processes, and adoption of digital tools, enabling the sales team to focus on growth and profitability.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Prepare and follow up on quotations for projects, spare parts, and systems.
• Respond to LATAM customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Manage purchase orders, inventories, and calibration schedules.
• Coordinate imports/exports and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Organize internal and client meetings, logistics, and training sessions.
• Support audits and internal purchases for lab and office needs.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Advanced student or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• Two years of experience
• Native Spanish and intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Oracle), project management, and imports/exports basics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power BI).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in quality management projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with lean tools and Perfect Execution principles.
• Ability to lead small projects and analyze data for decision-making.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Apps.
