If you are a Sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a Nuclear Sales Director based in Cernay, France, who will play a key role in developing the strategic relationships with our clients in the nuclear sector.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead sales channel including, developing overall channel strategy, conduct channel partner business reviews, run quarterly sales conference calls, sales forecasts and proposal activity
  • Run process for monthly orders forecast and annual budgeting processes
  • Manage sales team of 3 Key Account Managers
  • Lead negotiations of major projects and accounts which includes making technical and business presentations, writing proposals / bids
  • Develop and lead customer relationships and implement key account plans
  • Develop appropriate measures of customer satisfaction, track performance and implement changes to improve performance
  • Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customers

    For This Role, You Will Need:

- Higher education degree (Master's level or equivalent)

- Experience in Business-to-Business Sales

- Strong knowledge of the nuclear sector and Emerson's competitors

- Management experience, with the ability to motivate and lead sales team

- Ability to build relationships with customers and management at all levels

- Proficiency in English
