Job Summary
If you are a Sales Manager, Power & Water Solutions professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to lead and expand our Ovation Lifecycle Services business across the Northern Region. You will partner closely with customers, collaborate across functions, and help shape strategies that strengthen Emerson's installed base presence in the Power and Water sector.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Own and drive the KOB3 orders budget for the Northern Region
• Become a technical and value‑proposition expert on all PWS Lifecycle Services offerings
• Serve as the direct sales lead for Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, and Jordan
• Promote, design, and propose PWS portfolio solutions tailored to customer needs
• Use global tools to manage the PWS Lifecycle Services business and deliver incremental orders
• Maintain and improve existing tools to help sales teams work more efficiently and effectively
• Adhere to all local and international Emerson trade compliance and ethics procedures
• Stay current with the latest PWS Lifecycle Services offerings
• Maintain accurate KOB3 forecast reporting and regularly communicate orders potential
• Collaborate with the proposals team to create best‑fit solutions for customer requirements
• Travel as needed (estimated at more than 65%)
• Perform other relevant duties to support business success

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (engineering degree desired)

• 7+ years of direct sales experience in service selling
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Degree in engineering or relevant experience in control systems or related industries
• Specific systems product knowledge; Ovation experience is a plus
• Proven sales experience in the automation and control industry (minimum 5 years)
• Regional customer experience
