We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to join our Well Services team in the Greater Thailand region. This role is not only focused on driving sales but also includes full operational ownership of the Well Services product line, ensuring business growth, operational excellence, and service quality. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver technical and commercial solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of Sales & Commercial for Well Services product line in the Greater Thailand region
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding Well Services products and solutions
• Responsible and accountable for product line strategy
• Responsible and accountable for all tender processes
• Responsible and accountable for opportunity pipeline
• Full ownership of operations and P&L for Well Services product line in the Greater Thailand region
• Custodian of HSE and service quality for Well Services product line in the Greater Thailand region
• Team Leader for Well Services product line in the Greater Thailand region
• Focal point of contact for all internal stakeholders in relation to Well Services product line
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
• Provide technical expertise and commercial advice to customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or operational management within the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong technical knowledge of Well Services products, services, and solutions
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Knowledge of sales processes, tender management, and commercial practices
• Experience with petroleum software and automation hardware is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Advanced computer and presentation skills, with experience delivering technical information to clients
