• Monitoring day-to-day Import/Export operations from initiation to completion. Perform and coordinate customs clearance activities, updates,
• Manage and coordinate customs brokerage operations and the import of materials and equipment.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable customs laws and regulations.
• Track, review, and improve the performance of Freight Forwarders, CHAs, and Transporters in compliance.
• Ensure effective and efficient service levels, driving continuous improvement through cost optimization and process enhancements.
• Prepare MIS reports in Excel for Freight Forwarders, Transporters, and CHAs; organize and participate in MBRs and QBRs.
• Prepare clear and concise presentations using PowerPoint for management and business reviews.
• Participate in weekly coordination calls with the Asia-Pacific region.
• Support reporting activities and track achievements aligned with business objectives and required outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to deliver excellence in all logistics-related activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report commercial costs directly associated with logistics operations.
• Actively contributes to cost-reduction initiatives.
• Comply with all internal rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Effective execution of company policies and procedures relating to logistics (including but not limited to, safety and ethics).
