Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.

The work model for the role is: {onsite}

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
  • Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
  • Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed
  • Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are highly skilled in Automation or electrification in the {Energy industry} market
  • You have 5 years of experience in {power, oil & gas, or chemical} as sales leader
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of {Microsoft office, salesforce}
  • You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around {digital applications}
  • Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of {insert specific degree, qualification} in {insert subject}
  • You are at ease communicating in {Chinese and English}
