Your role and responsibilities

• Support the sales team and customers by identifying cost-effective, technically suitable solutions and contributing to complex offer preparations
• Provide technical consultation in meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring accurate communication of technical details
• Lead the development of technical/commercial offers per customer specifications, coordinating with relevant internal teams
• Manage contract negotiations in line with ABB terms, analyze lost opportunities, and support project handovers and improvements

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering; experience with MV systems and switchgear design/sales is preferred
• Skilled in reading technical specifications, preparing deviation lists, and completing datasheets for MV switchgears
• Experience in contractual negotiations and technical clarifications is preferred
• Fluent in English and Turkish (any additional language is a plus ) ; proficient in MS Office; culturally adaptable and open to international travel
