JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Rep. ensures achievement of organizational sales targets through direct product engagement. Maintenance of new and existing revenue streams ensuring account profitability, business plans, long-term objectives and customer satisfaction. Closely monitors developments within the accounts with a view to business development and/or to improve service levels.
Job Duties:
• Understand Customer Requirements and products needs.
• Communicate properly customer requirements to engineering, quality and production.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring accuracy to customer requests.
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
• Answers telephone calls, conveys messages and monitors the flow of e-mail.
• Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate and coordinate deliveries with the Warehouse lead daily.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Processing sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports.
• Visit Customers regularly
• Follow customers complaints leading a multidisciplinary team
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
• Minimum- High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering or Supply Chain
• 2 to 5 years of outside sales experience in industrial or manufacturing
• Use of CRM systems and familiarity with oil and gas market
• High level communication and negotiation skills are required
• Valid DL and reliable transportation
