Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Prepare and submit GPB applications accurately and on time, manage communication with customs
- Track import/export declaration processes and ensure smooth workflow 。
- Support import and export operations with proper documentation management
- Communicate with broker to support the daily operations and manage broker performance KPIs
- Assist in the application of trade permits and relevant approvals
- Maintain organized filing of compliance documents and records based on the aligned process
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure compliance
- Stay updated on Malaysian trade regulations and assist in process implementation
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in trade compliance, customs, or international logistics are preferred.
- Knowledge of local customs process and Malaysian import/export regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
