INTERNAL :
- Close coordination with Sales, Marketing & customer service
- Adapting to the dynamic work environment with new distributor management concepts.
- Understanding the defined marketing action plans for key markets.
EXTERNAL :
- Operating in a high growth market and competitive environment.
- Competition from other lube international and local players affecting our profitability/market shares.
- Awareness about political situation of responsible countries.
- Be watchful of counterfeit activities in responsible countries and coordinate with UAE anti-counterfeit team.
- Adapting to working with mature and organized distributors, as well as new distributors who would need guidance
Activities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, potential partners, and market expansion areas
- Support distributor engagement activities, including meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Help prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and market entry assessments
- Coordinate with internal teams on ongoing commercial initiatives
Brand Management
- Support execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches in the region
- Ensure consistent use of ELF brand guidelines across marketing materials and channels
- Assist in managing digital and social media content in coordination with marketing teams
- Support POS material planning, visibility audits, and brand activation programs
- Track brand performance KPIs and prepare basic reports and presentations
Sales Support
- Assist in managing and coordinating sales activities across the countries as assigned.
- Follow-up on action points discussed in review meetings
- Support coordination of training sessions, and customer engagements
Performance Tracking
- Follow up with distributors to use the digital portals/ distributor management online portal/tools - mylubportal and sending reports timely.
COMPANY OBJECTIVES:
- Support ELF growth by strengthening brand presence and developing strategic initiatives across assigned markets
- Grow ELF business in each destination and provide all the required tools in order to make Elf an established brand
- Provides hands-on exposure to distributor management, market analysis, brand execution, and go-to-market activities.
- Ensure brand guidelines and Group's HSE guidelines are followed
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate's HSEQ Policy, Compliance Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity always.
- Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
- Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
- Timely Implementation of Sales & marketing programs and activities to support Elf growth.
- Ensuring sustainable brand building of Elf in the respective countries, as per TEMME strategy, Global strategy
- Ensuring DMS+ and Distributor Online Portal is rolled out and status reviewed with all distributors half-yearly.
- Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance, and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
- Analyse the secondary sales reports, promotional feedback provided by distributor.
- Ensure cohesive communication and coordination with all support functions: Supply chain, Marketing, Technical, Customer Service, etc.
Candidate Profile
Knowledge :
- Strong academic performance and a basic understanding of sales & marketing principles and strategies
- Strong interest in business development, brand management, and FMCG/automotive industries
Skills:
- Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with multicultural teams across regions
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and content.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Team player and accountability.
Language
- Proficiency in English is a must (write, read & speak).
- Arabic and French language proficiency is an added advantage.
Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
