- Analyze current business strategies and recommend growth-oriented initiatives, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition from business development to sales execution in alignment with business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision ‑ makers to position Flow Controls solutions as the preferred choice.
- Drive brownfield projects, MRO, and lifecycle services opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Conduct site surveys to identify new opportunities and gather customer insights.
- Represent Emerson at industry events, seminars, and customer engagements while staying informed on product innovations, emerging technologies, and market trends.
- Ensure Business Unit initiatives align with account plans and are executed effectively and professionally.
- Perform other reasonable duties in support of business objectives.

- Experience in sales-ideally within valves, flow controls, or related technical fields-with the ability to engage both technical and non ‑ technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the Hydrocarbon market and familiarity with valves or instrumentation applications.
- Ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively in a customer ‑ focused environment.
- Experience working in dynamic, multinational environments with cross ‑ functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Working knowledge of control valves and their applications across industrial sectors.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear, accessible way.
- Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales related to valves or flow control technologies.
